我校留学生获第五届中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛国际赛道铜奖

近日，第五届中国“互联网+”创新创业大赛圆满落幕。经过校级初赛、省级复赛、全国总决赛的层层筛选，我校塞内加尔籍留学生Guindo Mahamed Lamine等的参赛项目Greengrocery（指导老师：周扬，赵芸）荣获全国总决赛国际赛道铜奖。此外，我校留学生还收获了省赛银奖2项，铜奖8项的好成绩。Recently the 5th China "Internet+" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was successfully held. After strict selection and fierce competition, ZUST international student Guindo Mahamed Lamine’s team won the Bronze Award of International Track in the national competition with their project named Greengrocery, supervised by ZUST professors, Mr. Zhou Yang and Ms. Zhao Yun. Besides, ZUST international students also achieved excellent results with two silver awards and eight bronze awards in the Zhejiang provincial competition.

长期起来，我校一直坚持国际化办学特色，重视留学生教育，注重学生实践创新能力的培养。大赛自3月启动以来，留学生中心高度重视，积极宣传，精心组织留学生组队和筛选创业项目，同时邀请信息学院马伟锋老师等作专题培训，最终选派20支队伍参赛。在教务处、创新创业学院、信息学院等部门的大力支持和共同努力下，取得了较好成绩。ZUST is always insisting on operating with an open door to international students, attaching importance to the development of students’ innovative and practical abilities. ISAC highly valued the "Internet+" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, encouraged, organized 20 teams to participate in the competition and achieved a good result, under the support of the Teaching Affairs Office, School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and School of Information and Electronic Engineering.

本届“互联网+”创新创业大赛由教育部、共青团中央等主办，浙江大学和杭州市人民政府承办，以“敢为人先放飞青春梦·勇立潮头建功新时代”为主题。大赛共吸引了3342所院校的457万名大学生、109万个团队报名，其中国际赛道共有来自120个国家和地区的6000余人、1492个项目报名参赛，参赛规模及国际影响力均创下历史新高。
The competition is sponsored by the Ministry of Education, the Central Committee of the Youth League, etc., and organized by Zhejiang University and Hangzhou Municipal Government. There are 3342 colleges and universities, and 4,750,000 college students from 1,090,000 projects participating in the competition. Among them, more than 6,000 international students with 1,492 projects from over 120 countries registered in the international track. The scale and influence reaches the highest level in history.
