Reliance Industries interview preparation:Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - This first interview was a Telecon with a team senior people including HR, they stressed upon the basic needs for the job requirement. This was purely technical one but was majorly a about the domain knowledge. Also, they have asked about the previous experience,Job knowledge and problem solving attitude. Also it covered your communication skills and your response to the questions thrown at you. It lasted for about 45 minutes.
2nd interview was again VC, Video call along with the immediate superior about the technical aspects as well as roles and responsibilities handled in the previous organisation.. Stressed more upon the similarities between the two organisation working.
3rd interview is face to face F2F conservation with the CEO at regional office.. He stressed upon the challenges of the business and way forward.
He stressed a lot on the basics related to the projects topic. Luckily I was able to answer most of the questions correctly. You need to stay calm and should apply presence of mind.
Please go through the job description thoroughly word-by-word and recheck your resume to ensure that you are a best-fit for the position.
One more important thing is tell the truth if you don't know some of the things, tell it upfront.. No need to hide or tell wrong things..

  • Q1. A very nice experience. Interviewer dint rolled down the question which summarizes what do you know. He took me to the point that what I can do to bring out better for the company through my past experience. Interview started with formal intro and family background, then shifted to job profile and manpower management followed by many tricky troubleshooting skills in mechanical maintenance. Interviewer asked to explain the experience of any pressurized or vexatious situation on workplace during which you were not able to make decision and how you handled it. What RCA you done on failure and did you evaluated your fault in that and how the case study was document for future reference.
